EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Arrest of Singaporean National PAUL FERNANDEZ for Illegal Recruitment and Estafa

            Pursuant to the request of a complainant from Sto. Tomas, Batangas for the service of Warrants of Arrest issued against Singaporean National PAUL FERNANDEZ,  Operatives of NBI Region IVA (Calabarzon) proceeded to Naga City on June 26, 2012 to serve the Warrant of Arrest. 

          It was however learned by the same operatives that Subject transferred residence to somewhere in the Province of Sorsogon.   Intense Intelligence build up resulted to the arrest of Subject PAUL FERNANDEZ in his rented house located at St. Peter & Paul Subdivision, Bibingcahan, Sorsogon City, Sorsogon, on June 28, 2012, by Operatives of NBI Region II and Region V.  Upon arrest, Subject was brought to Naga City and was presented before NBI Regional Director. 

          Thereafter, the arrested Subject was brought to NBI Region IVA, where he is currently detained and a return of warrant of arrest to the Honorable Court has been made.
