EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Arrest of SUENG YOUNG OH
for Large Scale Illegal Recruitment

            At about 6:00 in the evening of July 10, 2012, intelligence report received by NBI-CAR Operatives that Subject SEUNG YOUNG OH, who has a Warrant of Arrest for Illegal Recruitment in Large Scale, was spotted inside the vicinity of his residence located at Queendom Condominium, Gibraltar Road, Baguio City. 

          Thereafter, subject SEUNG YOUNG OH was arrested inside his apartment and brought to the NBI-CAR command for booking and arrest procedures and likewise brought to the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center for the requisite Medico Legal examination before being officially turned-over to the Baguio City Jail for confinement.

          This service of Warrant of Arrest was specially requested by the private complainants in the Illegal Recruitment case against Mr. SEUNG.
