Arrest of RODOLFO SARMIENTO III aka ‘ANDY’ – Most wanted person in Tarlac City

            On 10 May 2012, private complainant requested the Regional Director of NBI-Region III to implement the warrant of arrest for Murder issued by RTC Branch 63, Tarlac City against Subject RODOLFO P. SARMIENTO aka ‘ANDY’ of Brgy. San Isidro, Tarlac City.

          On or about 6:30 in the morning of June 20, 2012, accused Sarmiento was successfully arrested in Paranaque City and thereafter was brought to the NBI-Central Luzon Regional Office (CELRO) for booking and arrest procedures.  On the same date the warrant of arrest was returned to the issuing court and said subject was temporarily detained at the NBI-CELRO Jail. 

          Pursuant to the commitment order issued by the Court, on June 22, 2012 accused was committed to the Tarlac City District Jail.
