KILLING OF SIAY VICE-MAYOR CARLITO BAYAWA

 

       In the afternoon of December 20, 2011, Municipality of Siay Vice-Mayor CARLITO BAYAWA and wife SUSAN BAYAWA, while transacting at a Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) - Automated Transaction Machine (ATM), were treacherously shot. The same bullet that killed CARLITO also wounded SUSAN, who later was able to identify the gunman as MARCELITO ASOY, an employee of Siay. Murder and Frustrated Murder charges were later filed with the Provincial Prosecutor by our NBI Pagadian Filed Office against Subject MARCELINO ASOY y BALIVIS.
